Toastmasters Education Program

Basic Skills:
Competent TM		 10 Speeches to work on basic skills. Earn CTM award after the 10th speech. Mandatory to follow any of the tracks below.
Communication Track:
Advanced TM Bronze
Advanced TM Silver
Advanced TM Gold		 Allow to work on thematic speech manuals. 15 different themes are available as well as general series to improve the club and to help the new members. Earn ATM-B/S/G
Leadership Track:
Competent Leader
Advanced Leader		 Allow to work on leadership skill by giving informative speeches for club improvement, being club and district officer. Earn CL/AL.
DTM Road Map:
Distinguished TM		 DTM award is earned when completing both Communication & Leadership Tracks. Detailed Road Map
